Milos & the majestic West Cyclades (6-day proposal)
On our first day, after meeting the crew and gathering our provisions, we set sail toward our very first destination: the beautiful island of Sifnos. We’ll arrive in the afternoon and spend our first night anchored in the stunning bay of Platys Gialos, on Sifnos’ eastern coast.
Take a leisurely walk along the soft sandy beach and enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the charming traditional tavernas just steps from the water-you won’t even need shoes!
After dinner, we returned to the yacht for our first night at anchor, drifting off beneath a sky filled with countless stars.
Welcome to the hidden gem of the Aegean Sea. Polyaigos is nearly impossible to describe until you see it with your own eyes – unmatched turquoise waters, wild untouched nature, and a sense of purity that makes this uninhabited island feel like heaven on earth.
This is where we’ll stop for a magical lunch-and-swim break, surrounded by nothing but crystal-clear waters and serene beauty. In the afternoon, we set sail for Kimolos, just a few miles away.
Kimolos completes this majestic landscape: a small, authentic island with around 100 inhabitants, known for its warmth and hospitality. Wander through the picturesque village streets, soak in the charm of its traditional architecture, and enjoy breathtaking views stretching far across the Aegean Sea
Lunar landscapes, wild nature, crystal-clear waters, picturesque seaside towns, and a rich ancient history-these only begin to describe what Milos has to offer.
From the world-famous Sarakiniko and Kleftiko, once hideouts for pirates, to the colorful village of Klima with its unforgettable sunsets, Milos feels like a living postcard. Explore Plaka’s authentic nightlife, visit the site where Venus de Milo was discovered, and wander through the ancient theater and the Roman catacombs.
Milos is a destination that stands proudly on its own, and during our journey, we’ll experience as much of its magic as possible!
As we left Milos behind, we set sail toward the west coast of Sifnos. We’re returning to Sifnos-but this time to discover new corners of this enchanting island. Known for its pottery, scenic hiking trails, rugged beaches, and exceptional gastronomy, Sifnos always has more to offer.
Our first stop is the serene Fykiada Bay, perfect for a refreshing swim and a relaxing lunch surrounded by nature. Later in the afternoon, we continue to Kamares, the island’s main marina, where the sun sets directly into the sea in a breathtaking display of colors.
Stroll through Kamares’ charming streets, try the famous revithada Sifnou-a beloved traditional chickpea dish-and end the evening with a drink as you experience the island’s laid-back nightlife.
Our journey through the Western Cyclades continues, and our next stop is the captivating island of Serifos. With its beautiful sandy beaches-both lively and secluded-authentic Cycladic architecture, and vibrant nightlife, Serifos holds a special place among the islands of the Aegean.
It stands proudly, offering travelers exactly what they seek: a genuine, unspoiled Cycladic experience. From peaceful coves to traditional whitewashed villages, Serifos welcomes you with its raw beauty and irresistible charm.
It’s already our sixth day, and we begin sailing back toward Syros, as this unforgettable journey nears its end. Along the way, we’ll pause for lunch and a refreshing swim at Syros’ remote northern beaches, where nature remains pristine and untouched.
As the day winds down, the sun will guide us to Foinikas Bay, where we’ll spend the night. This peaceful and sheltered anchorage provides the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reflect on the incredible adventures of the past week-a serene finale to a truly magical voyage
As all beautiful things in life come to an end, so too does our journey this morning. It’s time to bid farewell to the Cyclades , to Pamina Blue-the yacht that carried us safely and comfortably through these unforgettable days-and to the friends we’ve made along the way.
These friendships, born under the sails and open skies, are ones that last a lifetime. Cherish the memories of sun, wind, and sea, and let them inspire your next adventure during the cold winter months, when you’ll look back fondly on these magical Cycladic days
*** Wind is the main factor affecting our sailing plan.
Please note that the itineraries we propose can be rearranged according to prevailing weather conditions to deliver a comfortable experience and ensure safety onboard.
